Project Manager - Remote Contract Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team on an hourly contract basis, working remotely. This role focuses on overseeing projects that support the enhancement of large language model (LLM) browsing functionalities. The successful candidate will manage project operations, monitor annotator performance, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics of projects and annotators using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets.
• Evaluate annotator quality regularly to uphold high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with contributors and team members.
• Lead and deliver projects aimed at improving LLM browsing capabilities.
• Independently address and resolve unexpected challenges from conception to completion.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or operational roles with relevant background.
• Exhibit a high degree of initiative and capable organizational skills.
• Possess analytical thinking tailored to projects involving LLM training.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage and complete projects effectively.

Compensation and Commitment

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60, with flexible involvement between 10 to 40 hours per week. This is a fully remote contract role based in the United States.
