Role Overview

The Project Engineer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include overseeing all phases of project execution—from planning through to completion—ensuring coordination between internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet project goals. Daily duties involve preparing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating site activities, and maintaining compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The role requires reviewing engineering drawings, addressing technical challenges on-site, and providing continual progress updates to project managers and stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Engineer will assist with procurement, quality assurance, and cost control to optimize project efficiency and success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in project planning and management, including resource coordination and schedule monitoring.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders including teams, contractors, and clients.
• Minimum qualification of ITE, Diploma, or relevant certification related to building construction or project management.
• Certifications such as CSCPM, BCSS, and MWAH are required.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and adhere to standards.
• Familiarity with local Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Track record or willingness to work onsite managing multiple project aspects under tight timelines and dynamic conditions.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; CAD experience is advantageous.
• Prior involvement in construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects within Singapore is desirable.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
