Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our global team, fully remote within the US or Canada. This role involves supporting Program Directors and occasionally Global Project Managers in administrative and project-related tasks that ensure timely project delivery and compliance with organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Program Directors and Global Project Managers during study preparation, maintenance, and closeout processes.
- Organize and manage study meetings both in-person and via teleconference, including booking facilities, coordinating lunch orders, and managing visitors.
- Create and review meeting agendas, prepare presentation materials, and generate accurate meeting minutes.
- Develop, edit, and quality-check project documentation.
- Input data into systems such as SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
- Act as a backup contact for assigned accounts.
- Maintain project management tracking tools and clinical systems, including Smartsheet® and Veeva®.
- Support follow-up on action items within the internal team.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; additional post-secondary education in life sciences or medical fields is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in clinical research, especially with early-phase clinical studies.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Veeva preferred.
- Strong computer skills and capacity to quickly adopt new software tools.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Openness to constructive feedback and detail-oriented.
