Overview
A prominent natural foods producer is embarking on a substantial effort to modernize and improve its internal technology systems. This critical contract position involves supporting a complex and fast-paced ERP implementation by providing direct assistance to the CIO. The role demands strong organizational skills, accountability, and effective execution oversight to ensure smooth project progress.
Primary Duties
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes.
- Use SharePoint for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Excel for calculations.
- Continuously monitor and track the progress of the ERP implementation project.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned action items to maintain project momentum.
- Manage, audit, and track vendor invoices effectively.
- Coordinate and maintain alignment among business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to support prompt and effective delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years’ experience coordinating technology-related projects.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint creation.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, or Microsoft Project software.
- Resilient attitude with strong energy levels and ability to perform under pressure.
Additional Details
- Contract role, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
- Located in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area; remote work possible within this geography.
- Compensation ranges from $45 to $55 per hour depending on tax status and experience.
