Overview

Kingdom People are seeking multiple food production operatives to join a leading ambient pudding manufacturer based in Heanor (DE75 7RJ). This role operates Monday to Friday with full-time hours and the potential for overtime. Training is provided, making it accessible even for candidates without prior food production experience.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Workdays: Monday to Friday
Shift hours: 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Basic pay rate: £12.91 per hour
Overtime pay: between £16.14 and £25.82 per hour

Role Responsibilities

Ensure products correspond correctly with their packaging
Position products appropriately in machine slots
Pack products efficiently along the production line
Adhere strictly to all site policies and procedures
Complete documentation accurately when required
Perform quality checks on produced items
Report any problems or irregularities to the team leader
Engage in manual handling tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

Ability to work full 8-hour shifts
No prior production experience necessary
Reliable commute to Heanor, DE75 7RJ
Basic English proficiency, both written and spoken
Positive, motivated attitude with eagerness to learn
