About Siseong India Global
Siseong India, established in 2021 and located in Greater Noida, is a CNC buffing company serving as a secondary vendor to Samsung India, focused on high-quality mobile phone component manufacturing.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Production Manager will be responsible for comprehensive production planning and execution, ensuring alignment with customer demand and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing production schedules daily, weekly, and monthly to meet delivery commitments.
- Achieving production targets within specified quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
- Monitoring production efficiency and applying corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborating with the Production Planning and Control team to maintain seamless material flow and continuous production.
- Optimizing use of production capacity and resources to maximize output.
Team Leadership and Management
- Overseeing production supervisors, engineers, and operators to ensure effective operation.
- Allocating manpower efficiently according to production requirements.
- Organizing training initiatives and skill development programs for staff.
- Assessing employee performance and maintaining workplace discipline.
- Promoting teamwork and a culture of accountability across the production floor.
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through targeted programs.
- Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
- Driving production cost reductions through optimized processes.
Candidate Preferences
- At least five years of experience in mobile phone manufacturing environments.
- Proven capability managing high-volume production operations.
- Experience working within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies is advantageous.
- Prior responsibility for production teams exceeding 100 members considered a strong plus.
Eligibility
Applicants should have completed any graduate-level education.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from 50,000 to 80,000 INR per month.
