Role overview
Wardat Almashreq is hiring a Production Engineer in Riyadh to support day-to-day manufacturing activities. The role focuses on keeping production running efficiently, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
What you'll do
- Keep production lines running without disruption.
- Track process settings and production conditions, and make adjustments where needed.
- Work closely with the Quality, Lab, and Maintenance teams to support plant performance.
- Go through production records, logs, and reports to spot issues or trends.
- Find and correct process deviations quickly.
- Make sure work follows SOPs as well as safety and hygiene requirements.
- Assist production employees and provide day-to-day guidance on the floor.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience is expected.
- Strong English communication skills are needed.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
