Role overview
This position supports production leadership by keeping day-to-day activities organized, handling a mix of scheduled and ad hoc work, strengthening internal communication, and turning data into useful insights that help the site run efficiently. The role reports to the General Manager based in Limerick.
The position has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities
- Support production systems through effective administrative coordination and upkeep.
- Collect, review, and present production KPI data with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
- Create and display performance dashboards and operational metrics for the site.
- Streamline repeat reporting and data capture activities where possible, including tools such as VWT, Radius, and SFDC.
- Prepare reports to support material yield analysis and monitoring of factory waste.
- Work closely with CI, HR, Quality, and H&S teams on site projects and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new customers and new business.
- Support margin review processes and help ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Provide administrative and data support for management processes and operational projects.
- Arrange meetings, customer visits, and site walkthroughs when needed.
- Draft reports and presentations after customer meetings and management reviews.
- Offer general support to site leadership and contribute to problem-solving work.
- Identify opportunities to use AI for reporting, data extraction, collection, and predictive problem-solving.
Requirements
- A third-level qualification is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
- Proven communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the business.
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working proficiency with AI tools.
- Professional approach and a consistently high standard of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as follow direction from the General Manager.
- Willingness to cooperate with all health, safety, and environmental requirements, including training and local site procedures.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and take on additional duties where required.
- Self-driven mindset, strong standards, detail orientation, and a team-focused approach that supports collaboration.
