Production Associate - Mat Roller (2nd Shift)

About the Role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate specialized as a Mat Roller to join the Rental Division in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves assessing the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely feeding them into a rolling machine, and keeping the work area tidy. After processing, the rolled mats are sorted and staged for customer delivery. Performance incentives apply based on production standards, with opportunities for earning extra pay by surpassing set goals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned floor mats for quality compliance.
• Operate mat rolling machinery ensuring safe handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Sort and place rolled mats appropriately for delivery.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Adherence to attendance policies is mandatory.
• Capable of working in close proximity to others for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Physical demands include standing most of the shift, repetitive movements, bending, stretching, and lifting materials frequently.
