Job overview
This role is focused on shaping customer-first e-commerce experiences and features that attract more users, increase engagement, and enhance the overall website journey. You will own the execution of the product roadmap for the assigned area and work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams across the full product lifecycle, from early ideas through launch. Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a product roadmap that supports business objectives and product strategy, delivering important milestones and measured KPI outcomes.
- Share the product vision, roadmap, and delivery updates with stakeholders across product teams.
- Spot and rank opportunities to improve the customer journey using cross-functional input, data insights, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Create clear, detailed, and timely product artifacts such as requirements documents and user stories that define product and customer experiences.
- Work with design, engineering, analytics, and other product managers to plan, develop, and release features that improve growth and engagement.
- Keep the backlog organized, prioritized, and filled with well-defined, insight-based user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering scrum teams and technical leads to sharpen requirements and support simple, intuitive experiences.
- Set success measures, rollout plans, and evaluation criteria for new initiatives.
- Plan and execute experiments to validate ideas and find improvements that boost conversion, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Help build a culture of respect and inclusion that strengthens relationships and supports genuine connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate profile
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of relevant experience. Prior experience in product strategy, product management, design, engineering, site merchandising, or management consulting is preferred, especially within retail or e-commerce settings. The job also calls for the ability to work in a flexible schedule depending on team and business needs, along with the physical capability to sit, speak, hear, use hands and fingers for handling tasks, occasionally move around the workplace, reach with arms, and maintain close vision.
Working conditions
This position is based onsite in India. The schedule may vary according to department and company requirements.
