Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features that deliver both high technical standards and tangible customer value.
• Own features throughout their lifecycle—from conceptualization through production—and iteratively enhance them based on feedback, product objectives, and technical data.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to craft intuitive, scalable user experiences rather than only executing on predefined specifications.
• Evaluate and question requirements constructively, contributing innovative ideas that improve the overall product.
• Maintain clean, maintainable architecture and code through thorough reviews and applying sustainable engineering practices.
• Utilize AI engineering tools responsibly to augment, not replace, your engineering skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in building modern frontend applications, particularly using Vue.js and preferably Nuxt.
• Preference for working within product-centered organizations over agency settings.
• A mindset focused on delivering customer impact rather than only technical implementations.
• Confident in constructively challenging and refining requirements when necessary.
• Commitment to high engineering quality, including disciplined code reviews and codebase maintainability.
• Strong understanding of balancing speed, quality, and minimum viable product (MVP) delivery trade-offs.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with Product and Design teams.
• Seeking an environment where individual ownership is prioritized over hierarchy.
