Role Overview
We seek an experienced mid-to-senior Product Designer to join our expanding Experience Design team. The position entails owning the entire design lifecycle for core product offerings and vital customer interactions, transforming complex and multi-faceted workflows into clear, user-friendly features that generate prompt value.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Design and involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams daily.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for primary product features, from brainstorming and wireframing through prototyping, high-fidelity UI creation, and effective developer handoffs.
- Strike the right balance between design quality and delivery speed, making informed decisions about when to prioritize depth over expediency.
- Incorporate AI-augmented workflows to remove barriers in execution and speed up prototyping, enabling the team to concentrate on strategic issues and impactful customer outcomes over sheer output volume.
- Work closely across departments with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership to align solutions with user needs, business priorities, and technical limitations for successful delivery.
- Champion user interests by utilizing customer insights, and both qualitative and quantitative data alongside established UX best practices throughout product development.
- Collaborate with the Experience Design team to develop and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and enriching design culture.
- Create impactful designs that influence the core product and affect thousands of daily users.
- Engage actively in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, continuous learning, and shared development of design skills within a supportive team.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in a B2B SaaS, property technology, or marketplace setting.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing the complete design process, attention to clean visuals, systematic product thinking, and capability to address complex UX challenges.
- Expertise with modern design software, particularly Figma and Claude, complemented by a strong comfort level with AI tools to enhance ideation and prototyping.
- Excellent collaboration skills to contribute as a communicative and open partner in a 175-person scale-up, enjoying idea exchange with engineers and confidently presenting to leadership.
- A curious, results-driven mindset that uses contemporary tools to blend high-level strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary for the Colorado location ranges from $105,000 to $135,000, with final offers considering experience, certifications, and skill alignment.
- Complete coverage of employee health, dental, and vision insurance under a basic plan.
- Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
- A maximum of 18 paid time-off days annually plus 10 holidays per year.
- Dog-friendly office environment.
- 401(k) matching of up to 4%.
- Annual allowance for personal growth via the Grow475 program.
- Facilities including an on-site professional fitness center, modern flexible workspace, coffee bar, team lounge with happy hour taps.
