Internship Programme Overview

Designed for driven students eager to utilize their summer productively, the Internship Programme spans 8 to 10 weeks and offers paid, hands-on experience working on real-world projects. Participants will confront meaningful design challenges and cultivate skills alongside industry leaders. Exceptional interns may receive an invitation to join the Graduate Programme the subsequent year, extending their journey with Revolut.

Role Summary

The Product Design Intern role involves crafting user-focused experiences, tackling design challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop products that resonate with customers. This role blends creativity with precise attention to detail, striving to continually elevate product quality.

Location and Work Arrangements

The internship welcomes international applicants willing to relocate to one of Revolut's technology hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Support is provided including visa assistance, travel reimbursement, and accommodation under specific conditions. The role requires approximately three days a week onsite attendance, fostering collaboration while maintaining hybrid flexible working.

Key Dates and Application Process

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that fulfill customer requirements
• Assist in user research techniques, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Utilize gathered insights to refine designs and enhance user experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to deliver impactful features
• Present design discoveries and proposals to stakeholders effectively
• Manage project tasks, monitor progress, and communicate updates within global teams
• Engage in regular review sessions to receive feedback and support personal development

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Currently in penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree related to design, graduating in 2028
• Expected to achieve a first-class degree or equivalent assessment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for design innovation and creating customer-centric solutions
• Ability to adapt and work productively within a fast-paced, multicultural team
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Availability full-time during summer 2027
• Commitment to attend the office at least three days per week (hybrid format)
