  • Translate complex analytical results into actionable and clear recommendations that guide product roadmap decisions and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to guarantee data quality, scalable data models, and reliable reporting frameworks.
  • Utilize advanced statistical approaches, such as segmentation, cohort analysis, regression, and causal inference, to identify user behavior drivers and product performance factors.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate analytics into all stages of product development.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts, enhancing experiment design, metric formulation, and data storytelling capabilities within the team.
  • Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership through presentations, dashboards, and narrative reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in designing and interpreting A/B tests and quasi-experimental methodologies including difference-in-differences and matching techniques.
  • Strong command of SQL and Python for analytical tasks, with a solid statistical background including hypothesis testing.
  • Expertise in analyzing user behavior, optimizing funnels, improving retention, and measuring feature adoption.
  • Experienced with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to present insights clearly.
  • Knowledgeable in event-based telemetry data, data modeling, and specifying tracking requirements for digital products.
  • Strong business and product understanding to relate data insights to strategic and experiential enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills capable of influencing cross-team decisions.
  • Academic credentials preferably include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
