Product Configuration Administrator

About the Role

This permanent full-time position is based in Henderson, Western Australia, where the Product Configuration Administrator will report directly to the Program Manager. The role involves applying emerging technical discipline knowledge to support engineering solutions delivery throughout the entire engineering lifecycle. Tasks include producing technical documentation, supporting reviews, managing assigned work with respect to schedule, cost, and quality, and actively engaging in technical discussions and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering program projects by utilizing growing technical knowledge.
• Produce and manage technical documentation with guidance.
• Participate in reviews, technical discussions, and decisions.
• Manage assigned tasks effectively for time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Focus on continuous process improvement, safety compliance, risk assessment, and sustainable engineering practices.
• Build strong working collaborations within the team and align with company principles for capability enhancement.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of engineering toolsets including PLM or MRP systems and design, simulation, and analysis software.
• Possess technical qualification such as a certificate or related associate degree.
• Hold a current Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
• Possess a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Additional Information

• The role involves exposure to US and Australian export-controlled technology requiring compliance with ITAR and Defence Trade Controls Act 2012.
• Pre-employment checks such as reference, police, security clearance, qualifications, and work rights verification will be conducted.
