Job Overview

This role involves designing sophisticated and practical business tasks that reflect professional standards in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, simulating real scenarios from Fortune 500 companies. The specialist will collaborate with an advanced language model to create, edit, and discuss Office Open XML files, focusing primarily on PowerPoint presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create complex business tasks suitable for corporate environments, particularly focusing on .pptx files.
• Work interactively with a language model in a structured four-turn conversation format to improve output quality.
• Evaluate and compare LLM-generated work products according to multiple quality criteria to select the best deliverable.
• Develop realistic business prompts and assignments which would traditionally require significant expertise and time to complete.
• Document insights and suggestions to enhance the handling of business documents by AI models.
• Apply knowledge across various industries and departments, such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, and functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or leading consultancies.
• Proficient in advanced PowerPoint use, with strong capabilities in Excel and Word as well.
• Experienced at producing and reviewing professional business documents across multiple sectors and corporate functions.
• Skilled in creating authentic business use cases for analytical and executive presentation purposes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback clearly.
• Prior experience using large language models or conversational AI tools is highly preferred.
• Relevant former roles include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist.
