Position Overview
The role primarily involves identifying key markets and new clients within the designated sales region, crafting strategic plans, and nurturing critical relationships to establish a robust basis for solution-oriented sales. It also includes sustaining and enhancing interactions with existing customer contacts while managing ongoing business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CHAMP's value-added services, supply chain solutions, and comprehensive life-cycle programs.
- Develop detailed internal business reviews that outline strategic initiatives and actionable steps to boost sales, stimulate demand, and elevate customer service standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction relating to supply chain management and associated value-added offerings.
- Generate demand for CHAMP's portfolio of products and services.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification, ideally in an engineering discipline.
- Preferably have prior sales experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exhibit a proactive, can-do mindset coupled with strong ambition to excel in sales.
- Fluency in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesian, Hindi, or Vietnamese is advantageous.
