Role Overview

As a Pool and Beach Attendant, you will ensure guests’ needs and requests are attended to promptly with professionalism to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will maintain the beach area’s cleanliness and safety while adhering to company policies and grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and express gratitude as they leave.
• Communicate guest feedback and complaints promptly to senior staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
• Set up beach beds, umbrellas, and cabanas following prescribed procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of beach and poolside areas.
• Provide guests with clean towels and fold/pack umbrellas in the evenings.
• Comply with all hotel rules and safety protocols, reporting hazards or suspicious activity immediately.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and undertake related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or related fields.
• Between one and three years’ experience in a 4 to 5-star hotel setting.
• Fluency and confidence in spoken English are essential.

The position is based at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a luxurious resort on a pristine beach featuring clear waters and white sands along the Arabian Gulf.
