Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Planning Engineer to join our construction project team located in Al-Muzahimiyah, West Riyadh. The role involves crafting and updating detailed project schedules, monitoring ongoing progress, and assisting in steering the project toward its timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.
- Monitor project progress by comparing actual outcomes with planned benchmarks.
- Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports outlining progress.
- Detect possible delays early and contribute to formulating mitigation or recovery strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
- Support project control functions to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Have a minimum of ten years' experience working as a Planning Engineer.
- Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in Primavera P6 and project control methodologies.
- Experience in assessing progress, preparing reports, and analyzing project delays.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
