About the Role

Mediix is seeking dedicated Physiotherapists fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese for full-time positions located across several private practice clinics in Chatswood, Rhodes, Hurstville, and Strathfield. Both new graduates and experienced physiotherapists are encouraged to apply. There are two openings available in either private clinical practice or community health settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations of patients' physical health and design personalized treatment strategies.
• Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Provide education to patients and their families on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress in medical records.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of evolving therapies and best practices.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong expertise in rehabilitation methods and exercise programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare colleagues.
• Clinical experience, ideally in hospital or rehabilitation center environments.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and passion for patient care.
