About the Role

The People & Talent Manager plays a pivotal role within the People team by providing comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This position partners with leadership to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while managing a balance of talent acquisition and broader HR functions including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and HR operations.   • Proven ability to manage comprehensive recruitment cycles across diverse functions and seniority levels.
  • In-depth understanding of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and applicable employment laws.
  • Experience supporting regulated sectors such as healthcare or telehealth.
  • Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to benefits management, leave administration, and HR regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise prudent judgment.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote work environment.
