This person will manage benefits administration and HR systems from end to end, ensure the HRIS and related tools remain accurate and maintained, and act as a dependable point of contact when something needs attention. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administration of global benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement coverage.
  • Design and launch benefits programs in new markets so employees receive a consistent Clay experience regardless of location.
  • Act as a primary contact for employee questions about benefits and provide clear, prompt answers.
  • Regularly review benefit plans to make sure offerings remain competitive and supportive of employees.
  • Lead open enrollment end to end, including communication, system setup, and coordination with vendors.
