Position Overview and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate must have 6 to 8 years of practical experience in Pega development and hold a Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification for Pega 7.x or later versions. Proficiency in Pega 7.x and Pega 8+ is essential, along with at least one year of expertise in Constellation. The role requires a deep understanding of workflow development and blueprint creation. Strong design and development skills in Pega applications are vital, as well as experience participating in Agile methodologies. This position demands excellent communication abilities and client interaction skills, coupled with the confidence to work autonomously.
