Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Payroll Compliance Associate working remotely to ensure payroll procedures comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Responsibilities include detailed review of payroll data to verify accuracy and compliance, tracking updates in labor and tax laws, and aiding in the execution of compliant payroll systems. The role involves preparing and maintaining audit documentation, assisting in resolving compliance concerns, and partnering with HR, finance, and legal departments to meet regulatory obligations.

This position also addresses internal queries about payroll policies by offering clear compliance guidance and promotes process enhancements to minimize risk and improve operational dependability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in managing compliance and regulatory frameworks specifically related to payroll activities.
• Ability to interpret labor, tax, and benefit regulations relevant to payroll operations.

• Educational background including associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, human resources, or comparable practical experience.
