Role Overview

The Patient Navigator role involves collaboration with the Care Team to assist patients in growing their families. Working closely with nursing staff, Patient Navigators provide clear information to help patients confidently navigate their treatment cycles. They simplify complex and often confusing processes to ensure smooth transitions to nursing teams for cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create journey maps and treatment calendars tailored to patients’ plans.
• Coordinate, monitor, and document completion of necessary tests and diagnostics.
• Build trust and a positive relationship with new patients.
• Communicate complex medical procedures and terminology in accessible language.
• Track patient compliance and readiness for treatment cycles.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong passion for reproductive healthcare.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain medical information clearly.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based onsite requiring early working hours, as well as rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The starting pay range is $26 to $29 per hour, dependent on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and education.
