Role Overview

The organisation seeks a dependable and driven Parts Interpreter for a permanent full-time role based in Lytton, Queensland. This role involves supporting maintenance by accurately identifying and procuring parts for mobile, plant, and heavy machinery. The candidate will collaborate with technicians and suppliers to ensure parts arrive on time to reduce downtime and maintain smooth workshop operations.

Required Experience and Abilities

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Storeperson, or in related positions
• Background in warehouse, mechanical, automotive, or heavy equipment sectors
• Comprehensive knowledge of components used in plant machinery, mobile equipment, or heavy vehicles
• Proficient computer skills with experience using ERP systems or parts catalogues
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capabilities
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards
• Forklift license is viewed favourably
• Capable of performing in a fast-moving workshop environment
• Authorization to work in Australia is required
