Opportunity
We have an opening for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter at our Darwin branch. This role reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers for parts-related needs.
- Accurately interpret customer inquiries and requests.
- Identify and supply necessary parts to satisfy customer demands.
- Source parts when they are not readily available.
- Generate invoices related to parts transactions.
- Maintain and update electronic and computer-based records regularly.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies involving invoices and purchase orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in a parts-related environment.
- Strong mechanical comprehension is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills with high literacy in relevant software.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a forklift license (High Risk) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Effective time management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
