Partner Account Manager

About the Role

Jio is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Partner Account Manager based in locations such as Meerut, Agra, and Bareilly. This position is ideal for individuals with an undergraduate degree, postgraduate qualifications, or preferably an MBA, bringing 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue goals through effective management of the channel partner ecosystem.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts by analyzing market dynamics, growth potential, and identifying business opportunities within the designated area and channel partner network.
• Ensure timely attainment of deliverables aligned with strategic objectives to drive channel-led business expansion.
• Design and implement incentive schemes and programs across various channel classifications in coordination with regional strategies.
• Oversee and facilitate a seamless channel onboarding process while maintaining compliance, governance, and regular controls.
• Implement and manage system development initiatives in accordance with regional, state, and area operational guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring a return on investment that supports sustainable, long-term partnerships.
• Steer business activities to align with overarching company objectives.
