Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced nursing educator to provide excellent instruction and support to nursing students. This part-time position, based in Fort Myers, FL, requires hands-on engagement with students and effective planning of teaching approaches.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement instructional strategies tailored to nursing education.
- Engage and motivate students actively during classroom sessions.
- Evaluate and monitor student development and academic progress.
- Ensure all teaching aligns with licensure and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Master's degree in Nursing is mandatory.
- Holding a valid, unrestricted Florida RN or APRN license.
- A minimum of two years of combined nursing clinical practice and teaching experience.
- A doctoral degree in Nursing is considered an advantage.
