Societrack is a cloud-hosted platform that manages apartment associations by facilitating maintenance collections, financial transactions, reporting, and resident communications. The platform is currently operational, and the company seeks a dedicated developer to enhance features, fix bugs, improve performance, and contribute to ongoing product evolution.

Responsibilities

• Implement new functionalities based on business needs.
• Identify and resolve bugs, including production issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing web and mobile applications.
• Manage interactions with APIs, databases, and authentication mechanisms.
• Optimize both application performance and user interface/user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing prior to feature releases.
• Collaborate directly with the company founder for weekly feature planning sessions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React.js and React Native is beneficial.
• Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to use version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub.
• Knowledge of deployment platforms like Vercel is an advantage.
