Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position involves supporting customer service by handling tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring smooth merchandise flow to the sales floor. Duties include unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor, and processing merchandise within a secure and orderly environment. The Associate operates within a team to strategically plan and carry out tasks based on workload and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor to be ready for store opening
• Set up, merchandise, and signage for promotional features
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types
• Emphasize labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment roles
• Transport pallets of merchandise between the sales floor and backroom for overnight processing
• Support sales floor stocking as assigned and provide customer assistance when necessary
• Label sales floor areas to prepare for store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
