Outlet Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily functions of our establishment. This role involves leading the team, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, and streamlining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities within the outlet to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the outlet staff effectively to maintain productivity and morale.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Manage billing processes, point of sale (POS) systems, and daily cash handling accurately.
• Track sales performance, control inventory levels, reduce wastage, and keep stock optimally maintained.
• Upkeep food quality along with hygiene and cleanliness protocols within the outlet.
• Monitor staff attendance, organize shifts, and enforce disciplinary measures as needed.
• Liaise with third-party delivery services including Zomato and Swiggy for order management.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve any operational challenges efficiently.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding daily and monthly business sales and operational goals.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000.
