Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Solution Architect

Overview

Deloitte Shared Services India seeks a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Solution Architect to lead the design, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role demands deep expertise in the O2C processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C processes.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure and implement key Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management.
• Conduct workshops including fit-gap analysis, Conference Room Pilots, User Acceptance Testing, and oversee production deployments.
• Develop detailed documentation including Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants to handle integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration activities.
• Coordinate with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Guide functional testing phases and resolve any business process issues.
• Support data migration employing Oracle Cloud tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
• Adhere to Oracle best practices in solution design.
• Participate actively in requirements workshops, solution demonstrations, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Deliver post-go-live support and address production issues promptly.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience implementing Oracle SCM solutions.
• At least 4 years of direct hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• In-depth functional knowledge of the Order to Cash process.
• Proven track record executing full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (minimum of three projects).
• Expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business processes from order capture through shipping, inventory, costing, and invoicing.
• Experience with business process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment phases.
• Capability to carry out fit-gap analyses and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with global delivery teams.
