Role Overview

As an Operations Supervisor, you will support daily operational activities, such as fleet management, customer servicing, and logistics coordination. Collaboration with technicians, customer support, and management is essential to maintain seamless operations and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assigning electric two-wheelers to customers, ensuring vehicles are in excellent working condition.
• Monitor daily services including routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Coordinate technician tasks by allocating work according to service demands and ensuring timely completion.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and offboarding processes for rentals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage inventory tracking and coordinate replenishments to guarantee vehicle availability.
• Support operations of battery swapping stations, ensuring they remain stocked and functional.
• Work alongside the team to coordinate timely delivery and pickup of vehicles at designated points.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; maintain cleanliness and organization at rental locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support and technical teams to quickly address concerns and technical problems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum of one year experience in operations, preferably within warehouse settings or the electric vehicle industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication capabilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with competence in generating accurate reports and maintaining asset records.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing operational issues.
• Proficiency in data entry and asset management software; basic electric vehicle knowledge is advantageous.
