About ScaleOps
ScaleOps is building autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure systems designed to remove the burden of manual resource management from engineering teams. Its platform helps teams stay focused on product development while the system handles infrastructure operations more intelligently. The company is recognized as a leader in autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure resource management and serves major enterprise customers such as Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, Coupa, and several Fortune 100 organizations. Customers use the platform to manage critical production environments automatically, with reported gains in performance and cloud cost reductions of up to 80%.
Supported by investors including Insight Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners, and backed by more than $210M in funding, ScaleOps is developing the infrastructure management platform it believes will support enterprise compute for years to come.
Role Overview

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced startup settings, knows how to turn disorganized situations into clear systems, and takes pride in helping teams operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage US HR operations from start to finish, including onboarding, exits, benefits administration, and the employee experience.

- Handle vendor and partner relationships and ensure day-to-day coordination stays smooth and efficient.
- Plan and support internal events and culture initiatives that help the US team stay connected to the wider global organization.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, people operations, or administrative functions; prior startup exposure is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without close supervision.
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail, while still keeping the broader priorities in view.
- A friendly, constructive communication style that makes collaboration easy.
- Comfort managing several workstreams at once across HR, finance, and general operations.
- Strong written and spoken English skills, including the ability to write both formal policies and casual internal messages appropriately.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setup and coordinate effectively across time zones.
- Willingness to provide executive support during US visits, including on-site coordination of travel, lodging, meals, and schedules for visiting leadership.
Work Arrangement
This is a remote full-time role, with the expectation that you will be available on-site during visits from leadership in the United States.
Additional Information
