Operations Manager

About the Role

Join Servsy, a startup building a nationwide after-sales service platform that streamlines installation, warranty, repairs, spare parts procurement, and customer support on a single technology platform. This position is part of the founding team and offers a unique opportunity to shape the company's operations as it scales across India. Our office is located in Advant Navis Business Park, Sector 142, Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, supporting customer service teams and coordinating with technicians and service partners.
• Oversee monitoring and resolution of service requests to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to develop and enhance operational processes and systems to prepare for growth phases.
• Manage people with clear, respectful communication and maintain accountability within teams.

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Experience (3–8 years) in managing operations or customer service teams comfortably under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality, preferring to actively fix issues rather than passing them on.
• Clear communication abilities, both with customers and internal team members.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software usage.
• Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, after-sales service, customer support, field operations, service center management, or logistics is desirable.
• Past experience working with major brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Haier, Voltas, Blue Star, IFB, Godrej, Panasonic is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation & Location

• Monthly salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000, adjustable based on experience and capabilities.
• Work location: Advant Navis Business Park, Sector 142, Noida (near Greater Noida).
