Operations Executive - Supply Chain

Role Overview

The Operations Executive for Supply Chain serves as the key liaison connecting the Warehouse, delivery partners, and customers. The individual will be responsible for identifying issues related to deliveries, warehouse operations, and customer concerns, and resolving them with optimal and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Convey information clearly and professionally at all times.
• Provide prompt, efficient service to customers, delivery partners, and warehouses.
• Manage sensitive situations by escalating issues appropriately through the escalation hierarchy.
• Exhibit strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and targets.
• Apply thorough root cause analysis and investigative skills to identify problems.
• Maintain or exceed all set performance goals and standards.
• Proactively identify trends and recommend process improvements through analytical reasoning.

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Capable of comprehending customer issues in detail and following through to resolution without distraction.
• Ability to work productively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and experienced in data analysis techniques.
• Skilled in using Google Sheets for operational processes.
• Background in logistics, particularly with control tower experience, is preferred.
