Job Summary and Responsibilities

We seek an enthusiastic and community-oriented Operations Executive to spearhead efforts in identifying, supporting, and uplifting women through our signature Udaan Project. This role centers on engaging at the grassroots level, collaborating with gig workers, and ensuring effective on-ground project execution to foster independent women riders.

• Oversee daily training operations from participant onboarding to completion with all administrative and logistical assistance for ongoing sessions.
• Convert all prospective leads into successfully enrolled trainees.
• Engage directly with women interested in the program, assist them through enrollment, and provide tailored counseling to new candidates.
• Coordinate between trainees and trainers to schedule sessions and guarantee timely distribution of training materials.
• Assist in recruiting trainers, manage their onboarding paperwork, and monitor payments and operational expenditures.
• Conduct field surveys to understand the requirements and challenges faced by female gig workers and their communities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and enrolled riders, offering continuous on-ground support.
• Maintain precise documentation of all activities, payments, and participant progress; prepare comprehensive reports to align with organizational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address participant concerns ensuring smooth delivery of training programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience in fleet management or gig economy platforms is required.
• Educational qualification of a bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant operational experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly proficiency in local languages.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within project locations.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong operational rigor and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in the local language is essential; familiarity with Hindi and English is advantageous.
