Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Work independently during night shifts ensuring guest safety and security of the premises.
• Assist with guest requests and greet and check in late arrivals efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for guest rooms and public areas throughout the night.
• Prepare the venue for breakfast service by setting up dining areas.
• Perform necessary health and safety inspections and audits overnight to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or night porter role.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently during night shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
