Role Description

Providing professional guest service at the reception is vital at all hours—from warmly welcoming guests during check-in to bidding farewell. You will assist both early risers and night owls alike.

The position of Night Audit in Munich offers a varied and responsible role during night shifts. You will flexibly work at different Motel One locations across Munich, getting to know various sites and teams. This variety creates an exciting and dynamic work environment.

Main Duties

• Preparing daily financial reports and closures
• Handling cash management and settlement
• Managing reservation requests efficiently
• Setting up breakfast preparations

Qualifications

Whether you are an experienced hotel professional or transitioning from another field — you fit with us! We prioritize personality and hospitality skills. Additionally, you should bring:

• Vocational training in hotel management, relevant experience in hospitality/restaurant industry, or enthusiasm for a career change
• Strong host qualities, passion for hospitality, combined with a high level of service awareness and commitment to quality
• Confident, open communication skills with fluency in German and English
