Role Overview
Joining WWICS, a leading global provider for resettlement and immigration services, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include quickly addressing alerts generated by monitoring systems, diagnosing and resolving network issues, and executing network changes while adhering to prescribed change management protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly react to network alerts issued by monitoring tools to ensure network stability.
- Investigation and troubleshooting of network disruptions by researching targeted solutions.
- Implement network modifications compliant with organizational change management procedures.
- Provide consistent support, maintenance, and problem resolution relating to enterprise network infrastructure.
- Maintain a solid comprehension of core networking principles such as IP addressing schemes, VLAN configurations, and the operation of routing protocols.
Qualification Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any discipline.
