Role Overview
Ace Handyman Services in Northeast Metro Atlanta is hiring an experienced multi-skilled Craftsman to handle home and business repair, maintenance, and remodeling work. The company has served the area since 2012 with a focus on quality workmanship for both minor and major projects indoors and outdoors.
This is a W2 role that still offers the feel of an independent schedule. Jobs are arranged and booked for you, while you deliver the craftsmanship and customer care the company is known for. The position is based from your home and can be taken as full-time or part-time, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Northeast Metro Atlanta and nearby locations.
Compensation
Estimated annual earnings are between $45,000 and $68,000. The pay rate listed is $23 to $34 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Carry out repair, maintenance, and remodeling work across multiple trades.
- Handle tasks such as carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall work, and light plumbing and electrical work.
- Deliver reliable customer service and communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, management, and office staff.
- Manage jobs with strong workmanship, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
- Use personal transportation to reach assigned job sites and complete work as scheduled.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a carpenter or craftsman, with estimation ability and home inspection experience preferred.
- Capability to complete minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Own a complete set of tools needed for the listed trades.
- Own a truck or van for transportation.
- Hold a current, valid driver’s license.
- Live within 15 miles of Buford, Georgia.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Good recordkeeping, documentation, and invoicing skills.
- Neat professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and the ability to work well with a variety of people.
