Motion Graphic Designer

Role overview

TXTech is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer for its Ahmedabad office. This is a work-from-office role and is open only to candidates who are based locally in Ahmedabad. The position is intended for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in motion design and animation.

What you will do

• Develop eye-catching 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos for digital use.
• Create animation assets such as UI/UX motion pieces, logo animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Contribute to storyboards, style frames, and early-stage animation ideas.
• Edit videos, align audio with visuals, and build strong visual narratives.
• Adapt motion and video content so it performs well across web and mobile platforms.
• Use AI-based tools to speed up creative work, improve editing quality, and streamline the workflow.
• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams on shared creative deliverables.

Skills and tools

The role calls for hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is an advantage. Exposure to Figma or Sketch for UI-focused motion work is also useful. A solid grasp of animation principles such as timing, easing, and transitions is important, along with a strong eye for color, typography, and layout. You should also be comfortable interpreting creative briefs and turning ideas into polished visual outputs. Experience with AI tools for animation, content creation, or video editing is preferred.

Preferred background

Applicants with internship or project experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing will be preferred. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant motion design work is expected.
