As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting families to purchase homes by serving as the link between borrowers, sales staff, and underwriting teams, ensuring a smooth and supportive home buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication and deliver outstanding customer service to homebuyers, branch staff, and Homebuilding teams throughout the loan process.
• Handle multiple loan files simultaneously to meet processing deadlines.
• Accurately collect and record customer details promptly, guaranteeing compliant and timely mortgage loan file management.
• Verify that each loan file is complete and accurate before forwarding to the closing department.
• Initiate loan files both manually and through computer systems.
• Follow up on submitted and pending loan applications as necessary.
• Assist in coordinating closing documentation and related tasks when required.
