As a Mobile Caretaker with Abri Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of various properties and shared areas across multiple locations in London. Your commitment will support delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the environment is always well-maintained and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep both indoor and outdoor communal spaces free of litter and debris through regular cleaning tasks.
• Manage waste by emptying and cleaning bins consistently.
• Perform vacuuming and polishing to uphold cleanliness standards within properties.
• Ensure safety by removing snow and ice from paths and clearing hallways of any obstacles.
• Travel to diverse locations across London to carry out maintenance duties efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possession of a full manual driving license is essential.
• Ability to drive a van to facilitate travel and transport equipment between locations.
