Merchandising Execution Associate

Role Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a vital role in ensuring that store products are consistently stocked and attractively displayed to enhance the customer's shopping experience while prioritizing safety, precision, and efficiency.

Primary Duties

• Implement price adjustments, rotate merchandise, and carry out special initiatives aimed at optimizing product presentation for customers and meeting supplier requirements.
• Follow merchandising strategies to guarantee proper product placement that drives sales.
• Assemble display units and fixtures using both hand and power tools, and update any promotional signage and marketing materials.

Operational Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team setting with on-site supervision, supporting various departments within the store. The role involves frequent activities such as lifting, bending, and utilizing equipment like lifts.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with store staff and deliver excellent customer service to both internal team members and store shoppers.

Additional Information

Positions are available during the day or overnight and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on store needs.
