Merchandiser Stocker

Job Overview

This position calls for a Merchandiser to support the promotion and stocking of Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai within retail stores across the Greater East Stroudsburg, Broadsheadville, and neighboring areas. The role requires immediate hiring to join the team responsible for maintaining appealing product displays and inventory replenishment in assigned territories.

Role Responsibilities

• Stock and arrange company products on shelves and coolers at major retail accounts within assigned routes.
• Report directly to designated stores for scheduled shifts, with possible adjustments to cover different routes as needed.
• Travel independently among stores using a personal vehicle; transportation of products is not required as deliveries arrive beforehand.
• Utilize a company-issued phone app to log working hours and mileage for reimbursement purposes.

Work Schedule

• Full-time engagement starting at 7:00 AM continuing until all assigned tasks are completed.
• Five scheduled shifts per week including weekends; days off fall on weekdays.
• Availability for overtime work when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage at $20.83 per hour, increasing to $21.95 per hour after six months of service.

Essential Requirements

• Physically able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to push and pull up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle for travel between work locations.
