Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the clinic's revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure a luxurious and seamless client experience from initial contact through follow-ups.
• Serve as a trusted consultant for clients throughout their skin treatment journey.
• Provide a welcoming, polished, and professional first impression to clients.
• Manage bookings with accuracy and excellent phone manners.
• Confidently turn inquiries into confirmed consultations.
• Encourage repeat business by nurturing client relationships.
• Maintain a calm and organized reception area that reflects the luxury brand.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and management teams to ensure smooth client experience.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or clinical settings is preferred.
• Result-driven with enthusiasm for achieving sales targets.
• Passionate about skincare, client transformations, and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent communicator with ability to quickly establish trust.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Phorest, is a significant plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on problem-solving.
• Brings positive energy and professionalism to the workplace.
