JPMorganChase is looking for a Marketing Strategy Associate to join the Affluent Events Team in New York, NY. The role focuses on delivering polished, high-value client experiences for Chase Private Client, JPM Private Client, and JPM Financial Center audiences through experiential, virtual, and sports and entertainment events. You will help manage exclusive ticketing opportunities, support event execution end to end, and contribute to stronger client relationships and business growth across the affluent segment.

You will work with multiple business lines to plan and run a varied calendar of events for affluent clients, while also supporting JPMorgan Financial Center client events. The position requires close coordination across stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and hands-on involvement before, during, and after each event.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner proactively with different lines of business to understand market needs and design refined JPM Financial Center client experiences.
  • Set up and lead recurring weekly planning meetings with internal teams to move events forward.
  • Manage event budgets, prepare approval business cases, and process related invoices.
  • Draft invitations and route them through Compliance and Legal approval workflows.
  • Research and source branded giveaways for events.
  • Oversee attendee registration using tools such as zKipster or the JPMC system, and confirm invitee lists, venue details, and room arrangements while supporting RSVP system setup.
  • Travel ahead of events as needed and remain onsite throughout the event, supporting both employees and clients.
  • Arrange shipping of all event materials before and after each program.
  • Maintain an accurate master calendar, generate reports, and submit event counts professionally.
  • Prepare post-event reviews covering attendance, return on investment, and new client results.
  • Manage sports and entertainment tickets for Affluent Events, coordinate with markets, and work with the Central Ticket Office through Concierge Live.

Required experience and skills

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel about 60% of the time.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, along with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build detailed presentations and manage multiple tasks across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with zKipster is helpful for registration and event management tasks.
  • Experience handling event operations and client-facing coordination in a fast-paced environment.

  • About 5 years of experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
