About the Role

The Marketing Director for Ireland will spearhead the marketing strategy and oversee performance for the Ireland market. This leadership role manages a campaign-driven marketing function encompassing strategy, activation, and operations. The Marketing Director collaborates with service line leaders to define growth targets and ensures all marketing activities align with commercial objectives.

This position bridges the Ireland marketing efforts with the larger EMEA framework, aligning global directives with local execution. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, the Marketing Director serves as the main marketing liaison for Ireland’s leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing and brand strategy for Ireland aligned to regional growth priorities, accountable for contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Prioritize marketing investments based on commercial impact and growth potential.
• Design and implement demand generation and lead nurturing programs that effectively convert prospects into qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns that boost pipeline and engage the market.
• Operate within a campaign-led framework ensuring focused, cohesive activities with measurable results.
• Guide the thought leadership and content strategy in Ireland in alignment with service line priorities and market demand.
• Ensure events, sponsorships, and partnerships support firm priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Act as the chief marketing partner to Ireland’s leadership and service line teams by setting growth priorities and offering strategic challenge when necessary.
• Collaborate with EMEA and global marketing teams to coordinate cross-market campaign efforts and maintain alignment.
• Lead and mentor the Ireland marketing team by providing clear direction and accountability for results.
• Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all marketing activities in Ireland following the global brand guidelines.
• Set and oversee key performance indicators around pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and market impact.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans and investments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on campaign management and market activation.
• Proven ability to tailor global marketing strategies for effective local implementation in complex or matrixed organizations.
• Experience building and scaling B2B or professional services demand generation programs.
• Strong brand acumen with a history of converting brand strategy into successful market actions.
• Experience managing marketing across multiple international markets.
• Financial literacy with experience handling substantial marketing budgets and demonstrating return on investment.
• Proven success in driving B2B sales pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable engaging with senior commercial executives and skilled in stakeholder management.
• Thorough understanding of marketing operations, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
• Practical knowledge of marketing and sales technologies, including CRM and automation tools.
• Able to work across different time zones and diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
